Fringe Events

Events taking place to support Carnival in the community is always welcomed. We will keep you informed on the dates.

St Pauls Carnival is keen to further develop a support share network with local venues, promoters, local and / or voluntary organisations. You are encouraged to identify events in June and July 2011 which could benefit by being promoted as Fringe Events in St Pauls Carnival marketing material; our newsletter, this website, in press releases and in our Carnival brochure of which 12,000 copies (approx.) were distributed around Bristol in 2010.

If you would like to capitalise on our offer please contact the office in writing by submitting details of your event to the Carnival office, clearly marking it Fringe Event submission 2011. 

Information should include:

• Name of event and/or theme
• Date and time
• Venue
• Two paragraph (max.) description of the event; your target market and event goal
• Names of those involved and primary contact details: name, phone and e-mail (website if appropriate)
• Names of other bodies approached for support

Events throughout the Bristol area will be considered.
